Fast twitch fiber:
People with a higher ratio of this will be more likely to excel in short distance running/sprinting, discus/shotput/javelin and high jump.
Slow twitch fiber:
People with a higher ratio of this will be more likely to do well in team sports which require alot of running such as football; also will excel at long distance/marathon running and long jump.
Your daughter may have slow twitch fiber ratio's, which is not a bad thing just cause it's called slow lol. I have slow twitch fibers too - its based on genes and you can't change it significantly.
I wouldn't worry about her weight as she's still young and has puberty to go, you don't want to stunt her growth in any area, or her brain growth lol. I'd encourage her to take up sports such as football, marathons, basketball, ballet, gymn....
It may also be a motivation thing ; mind over body! Some kid's are capable of running fast but they don't run at full capacity cause of their brains holding them back. No problem really, it gets better as they mature
