i'd say dropping wheat from your diet!Whatever carbs you eat you would have to burn off double what you ate in order to loose anything but with an all protien and nutrient diet youll just be eating energy and nutrients.
I suppose it also depends on your body and how it reacts with carbs.

since being off the diet i bought the book, I Can Make You Thin by Paul McKenna and the techniques in the book taught me how to reprogram my thinking about eating. lots easier than counting calories to control weight.
but counting calories works better than almost any other method. just get use to being hungry.
