Natural Calcium Supplement
Amanda Said:
Which do you think is a better supplement for calcium/magnesium supplementation? We Answered:
Personally, I think Coral Calcium for the Calcium aspect because it has the 1:2 ratio of Magnesium to Calcium that is most ideal for the absorption of Calcium into the bones, plus it has Vitamin D and other trace minerals that help the absorption as well.Natural Calm plus Calcium is primarily for the high Magnesium content and it just adds Calcium (only 400 mg worth) and a few nutrients that help the absorption of Calcium. The problem is that there is so much Magnesium in it that you could only take it for 1-2 doses (depending on your tolerance of Magnesium) safely, and that's not enough for the Calcium content... you'd have to take another Calcium product for your second/third dose.

What herbal supplements are best for fibromialgia & chronic fatigue? We Answered:
You need to take two daily multivitamins. It is of my opinion though, that Fibromyalgia is a 'made up' disease. It's not real. It's what doctors diagnose when they don't know what's wrong. Find a better doctor to tell you why you don't have any energy. I bet 100 bucks you have an underlying condition.Bill Said:
What natural supplements can alleviate withdrawal symptoms? We Answered:
I went through Demerol withdrawl, and I was messed up for a week. the only thing I took was ibuprophen for some relief of pulled muscles that had been cramped for days. i didn't eat for 7 days. You just have to detox yourself ,drink lots of water, you sweat lots of it out, and it helps your body get rid of the drug by peeing it out. but there's no magic herb going to help you.Pedro Said:
Are calcium supplements effective?We Answered:
ha im lactose intolerant too and have to take calcium supplements because my bones arent strong enough......yes they are effective if you get good ones but its not as good as the calcium you get from food because our body dosnt digest it as easily....but if you take two 600mg supplements a day and then try get calcium from other foods like fish or green vegetables, its fine, sardines have lik up to 400mg of calcium anyway and then there are loads of different foods that actually have calcium that yould think wouldnt so on top of the supplements thatll be enough calcium.. good supplements are "posture-D calcium supplement" or "calcichew" theyre the ones my doctor recommended and they are effective..Susan Said:
In the winter, the calcium from eggs and yogurt is enough for me or I need a supplement? We Answered:
One serving of yogurt has about 40% of the daily recommended value of calcium, and one egg has about 3%. So if you're only having one serving of yogurt and one egg, you're not even getting half as much as you need.Do you like milk or cheese? Those also have a lot of calcium in them. If you don't, you can buy calcium-fortified orange juice that has just as much calcium as milk. Soy milk, sardines, and cabbage are also good sources.
