That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Im in the process of the whole fitness scene as well and my diet consists of lots of protien and I have to say that in the last 3 month I have had so much energy.
egg whites, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, tuna, protein shakes, and stirfry veg....I think that if you eat healthy youll notice a huge change in your energy levels
Its always good to take multivitamins and drink pleanty of water.
