What you should weigh, not just by your height but by your build as well. Most sites are not realistic when it comes to that they assume how much people should weigh just by their height. Someone who has a large build and is 5'9 shouldn't weigh as little as a person with a small build who is 5'9 and vis versa. It should be based on height and body build as well as muscle mass. That would be the main thing I'd like to do especially as an improvement to sites like thats.

We Answered:I'm a RN BSN and it's a very good career, you'll always have employment no matter where you live. It does pay well, search google for your area of the country. We have many responsibilities, it's not easy but very rewarding to help other people feel better and get well.
We teach health, nutrition and fitness so you can do all of those things.
I think Sports Medicine is also a lucrative career and would also get you into all those areas you're seeking. Check out the library and find some information there for free, as well as your guidance counselor from school.

We Answered:Well, the first thing is eating a well balanced diet. Then you need to start to motivate yourself into some sort of physical activity... Walking is a good start, swimming is an outstanding physical activity. With the well balanced diet, and the physical activity, you will see an improvement in the way you feel. I really implore anyone who wants to lose weight, or make an improvement in your well being to shy away from any type of Carb depleting diet. Such as the adkins.. What these do is where you may lose weight, you are doing more harm than good. In order to do it properly, you have to include the entire spectrum of a balanced diet. when you slack on carbs during a physical training program you aren't providing your mucsles the fuel to rebuild. Be more concerned about inches lost, not pounds, as fat weighs less than mucscle. Regarding disease prevention, the above will help, but won't totally put it out of the realm of possibility. People who have cancer, which we all have cancer cells, don't have the needed ingrediant that keeps the cancer at bay. That was explained to me by my mothers chemotheropist. As my mother didn't smoke, nor did she drink. And she ate a well balanced diet. So...

But as 90% of the poppulation can read and understand, the Hotels can print the ingredients / fat %ge / nutrition values / plus and minus effects / benefits of the food they have on their menus along with the price. Its only a matter of some more extra cost for printing them and some extra time for the customer to read it. The 5* hotels are already doing it. Why not the rest of the hotels (Lets excuse the fast food counters and road side food centres).
