Where would Nutritional Yeast fit in the USDA food guide pyramid (My Pyramid)?

We Answered:

Well, since yeast is about 40-46% protein, I'd opt for the last wedge of the pyramid. But you put it wherever you feel best.

The main thing I would look for is lean meats for proteins, lots of veggies, a few fruits, and smart carbs.....
The beauty of P90X is that you can modify anything and everything to work for you. You dont need expensive foods to eat properly........>
You would know better than I about your food choices of what is good and not so good. Eat smart. If you are just starting out P90X, I would not recommend calorie cutting. Your going to burn if off.......<>

If you have any questions feel free to email me.
My P90X result photos are at the website listed below if you are curious......>

Just go here and click on contact, and ask them and they will give you the most reliable information:

The main reason for low fat milk (and foods) is to reduce the risk of fat build up, and reduce the risk for cardiac complications. Higher fat products can lead to plaque build up in your arteries, which can lead to a lot of cardio complications.

It also can cause you to gain weight, which can increase your risk for many medical issues like Type II diabetes, joint stress, breathing issues,.etc.
