Milk, fruits and veggies... fresh (seasonal) and canned....if you want to minimize the mac and cheese..I suggest making up a few meals and freezing them in dinner size portions. Canned soups are a must for quick casseroles...basic chicken and hamburger also.

Lunch meats..non processed..get sliced from the deli...these are also freezable...bread (I also keep an extra loaf in the freezer in case I run out) and pb &j....

as a working dad ...dont feel guilty about spaghettios, and mac and cheese..these are great to have on hand for busy nights!

Let’s be honest, most men still want women to lie down and shut up. Most are polite enough to desguise this, but if a woman should get a job and have higher salary, OH NO! very very bad.

They say things like women’s work…weaker sex…delicate, “just a pretty face” (which basically means “you’re nothing. it’s men like you that put women where they are today)

We know that men are attracted to a large chest and bottom, they will drool over voluptous idiots and ignore flat chested brilliance.

Men don’t help, don’t support, don’t honor, and then say “you have no idea what my day was like” (then sleep with their secretaries). What do men offer us women? Do they offer emotional support? Do they spend more than the 20 minutes it took concieve, on the child?

They push women down, and then diss them for the place they stand…

They’ll leave you at age 70 for a 18 year-old gold digger.

Men what do you offer? Why should women marry you?

They sell, in most camping supply places and camping sections of hardware places and Wal-Mart, a one-burner campstove($40 or so) which comes in its own plastic case and is fueled by cans of butane about the size of a can of spray paint. They're idiot-proof in terms of safety, each can will cook for 3-4 hours depending how high you turn the heat. They work well and are the most fuss-free camp cooking thing I've used. I have used mine for some years now for camping and as emergency cooking when the power goes out. Handy at a picnic too.
