Have you had a look online? My sister found a great one called Pin Up Bodies that will create a meal plan and exercise plan for you - I think it costs $25 (Aust). She got heaps of information though. It's all done by a dietician and exercise physiologist so I guess they know what they're talking about.

you don't need to starve yourself to lose wieght. infact sometimes, you need to eat more, to burn the fat!
for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category. 25 per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.abs are the most troublesome area to tone. Kickboxing helps a lot. because it is cardio plus it targets ab muscles.

There you go your unhealthy eating is at home. What you have to do is get rid of the unhealthy food that is in your house. If you don't have it you wont eat it. right?.. Just make sure you are eating your lean proteins,grains, fruits, and veggies, and drink water to keep you hydrated throughout the day. It is very crucial to have your water. If you want to lose weight you are going to need to exercise!!! Get some cardio in, running, jogging, bike, anything that will keep you moving, 30 min minimum per day though

They only work, if they work for you. (if that doesnt make sense let me explain).

Most fitness programs WORK in theory. Workout more, eat less, eat healthier. The problem is most people can't STICK TO THE PROGRAM long enough to see the results. Or stick to it only long enough to get mild results then give up and return back to normal. The key to success is finding the fitness program that works best for you and one that you can build a relationship around. It cant be so intrusive that you change your whole way of life (unless you enjoy it) but it also can't be so mild it's not doing anything. The general rule of thumb is fitness is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. You need to be mentally prepared to change your habits for good.

Start with some free ones. If they don't work...try one that seems like the one you could stick to the most before paying for anything.

I have been doing P90X for over a year now and the results have been phenomenal, but my GF couldn't stand it... so it worked for me, but not for her. Again, it's up to the person to make the necessary adjustments.

Everyone who have issues with weight should start running, I mean it. Running is the best way to lose weight - you can eat everything and you will still lose weight. I really recommend it to everyone. The other thing I can recommend to everyone is to always try to send your item in padded envelopes - it is good for protection.
