I have looked at the website before and I know that they accept vegan diets as being healthy and acceptable, but I don't recall any mention about raw foods diets.Health Canada's Eating Well Food Guide explains that people should get between 6 and 8 servings of grains each day. Raw Food diets usually use little to no grains, so this may be conflicting. Also, the food guide recommends getting dairy alternatives (presumably vitamin-enriched) so that's something that is not considered raw either.

deffinetly youll become a better cook when I was a teen I hated my mothers cooking then I came out with an ingenius plan I told her I only wanted organic foods and wanted them dont in ridiculas ways anyways have fun.. be creative and try try and try. youll get good results youll loose any extra weight if you have it and youll feel much healthier from the foods. fruit, veggies, lean meats, and whole grains. eat as healthfully and as close to nature as possible. use small amounts of real butter (not margerine), olive oil and coconut oil. drink skim milk, but eat regular cheeses and yogurt. you need some fat in your diet or else you won't feel full. whole grains have fiber in them which also helps you feel full.eat small meals (like snacks) 6-8 times a day.
cut out processed and packaged foods and learn to cook, or go to the library and look for some healthy eating books for some new ideas.
cut out soda, chips, candy, etc. if you have a craving, eat just a little of the food you are craving, like 3 or 4 bites, and eat them slowly and chew them well. this can trick your brain into being satisfied with a small amount.
i've lost 20 pounds in 2 months by using www.thedailyplate.com to keep track of my daily food intake. i needed to lose about a hundred pounds, so i think i've made a good start.
